I really need this company exposed for the inhuman treatment of my brother. He is elderly and handicapped.

My mother passed, and now he lives alone in a mobile home. The nurse comes every day to care for him. It's very cold in Hesperia, and AmeriGas was doing a delivery; the price is 500.00 every 3 months for a tiny trailer home. I've asked them if they have senior discounts, and they say no.

So he had to pay up front 500.00 before they would fill his tank. It took them 3 days to fill it. No shower, no gas stove, and in a freezing house. They finally delivered, seeing my brother is handicapped and freezing with a blanket on, told him to sign a paper, and someone will be dispatched; there's a leak.

My brother calls me and says, please put heat on, he's cold. I turned it on from afar, but it wasn't working. I called AmeriGas, the worst company. I told them to please come out and check if they forgot to turn on the valve so the heat can come in.

Mind you, I didn't know about the leak. The supervisor told me there's nothing wrong; the paperwork states there's no leak, and the cost to come out is 369.00, outrageous. I told him people might not be accurate on paperwork. He said no, not true, and we hung up.

I started looking at the videos at the house, and that's when I found out there was a leak. So everything got disconnected. I called again and said I have a video of a leak. The supervisor, Shirley, at this time says, oh, okay, I'll send someone in 2 days, and it's free because you never used your free service call.

The next day, I emailed the advocacy team and called another supervisor, Anna, to expedite the service since my brother will be going on 5 days with no gas, and it's freezing; she said no. Finally, someone called me and said they would help me. They put a small tank until they identify the leak; it only lasted 2 days, and it's been empty again going on another 2 days. Now I see they are charging my brother 1172.00 for them coming out.

He could barely pay 500, and now it's 1172.00. Nobody called me to let me know they would be charging for their help. This company has so many complaints on BBB. I would like to expose this company for the inhumane way they treated my brother.

He is a sick elderly man, and being cold, he can get pneumonia, plus there's no gas to cook or take showers. Please consider my story; I have videos and pictures of this situation. Update I have called and emailed this company several times today which is 11/24/2025 no reponse.

Still without gas and heat. Nurse states will have to microwave water to give him a sponge bath.

There are 20 contestants from different careers. They have actors, singers, and influencers competing for 200,000 dollars.

This is not a lot of money compared with the big audience that watches, but thats not my business. Thats not my concern at all.

The game starts pretty fair. They split the contestants into groups. But as things get more intense the game changes.

It gets really ugly in how they treat one another with the name calling. They bring in influencers that are hoping to win, but it is a joke because they bring them in so the celebrities can call out their names. Its racism and the production allows it. They encourage it.

They pick one team so they can manipulate them and make them look less important than the other contestants.

They bully them. All kinds of disgusting names. Then we the viewers are trying to help the victims by voting for them to stay in the game. We try to reach out to the producers in the production team through Facebook, but to no response.

By word-of-mouth more people start tuning in because of how theyre mistreating people.

In this case, five contestants. We all try to keep them on the program, which is so unfortunate because they already have it set up to where theyre not going to win anything. Because production has their celebrities that are going to be the winners. Its a game thats already been decided.

Theres a lot of voting cause thats how they win; we vote for them but it doesnt seem to work.

The more we vote the more they love it because were trying to help the ones that are getting attacked, and they get more viewers. Some of them want to walk away but cant because theyre under a contract. They can get a mixture of viewers old and young so they get a big audience.

They bully the contestants and the viewers who try to protect them by voting for them to stay on the show. They bring more people in because who wants to see people get hurt in that manner?

Im speaking about this because being bullied, discriminated and made fun of because you dont have the right clothes or you dont speak proper Spanish or whatever is a terrible thing.

A show like that shouldnt even be on the air.

As a viewer whos given them ratings Im very upset that the contestants are upset, but they dont seem to care the more we talk about it.

The corruption is how they keep us viewing the show. They already have the winner even before the game starts. They have their three celebrities that they are helping and who get extra information. We know this because it gets taped; We see the celebrities that are chosen to win the game.

But if that wasnt bad enough, theyll talk to one another and theres 10 of them that are manipulating the game.

All the while they laugh and mock the other contestants speech and the color of their skin. Even discriminating based on where they live or what they eat. This is what they promote; this kind of hostility.

Worse than that is how they mark them. They laugh at younger kids.

Its disturbing because we already live in a world of so much violence and discrimination.

What kind of respect are we teaching our viewers? That its OK to disrespect people and to fight with them?

Its so obvious that we feel so bad for them. Theres 10 against four and of course, theyre losing the game because they get ganged up on. And that's what the production clearly wants.

The game is not supposed to be played like that.

Its not fair. Its obvious what theyre always contemplating because they let us see it. It is so alarming that they tell us exactly how theyre going to manipulate the game and how theyre going to fight and vote contestants out. The game is not supposed to be played like that.

Its too much to explain. Im sure any reasonable person could tell you how terrible the situation is.
